I decided not to leave my room today, for various nerdy reasons, which is why I came up with this brilliant lunch.
Tuna with light mayo and thai green curry paste. As it's too warm in here; - served with cold pasta penne. I am sure this dish would be even sexier with some radish or bamboo shoots but I'll never know. Going out to purchase them would defeat the purpose of the quick and easy dish...
