Lamb and courgette lasagne


YES!

Please produce your;

Minced lamb
Diced courgette
Chopped onion
Lasagne platters
Sieved tomatos
Garlic, black pepper and oregano
Cheese sauce (ready made)


Thoroughly fry up the mince, courgette and onion in olive oil, season with garlic, black pepper and oregano. Add the sieved tomatos and let it cook for a few minutes. Do a layer-to-layer (like a cake!) in your deep pan, starting with the cheese sauce, then pasta, then your mince, repeat. Top layer should be cheese sauce with a nice touch of oregano. In the oven for say 180 c about 15-20 minutes.

Lasagne is one of those dishes that actually tastes better once reheated (or even cold!)

There shall be no leftovers.
