Beef burrito with curry crème fraiche

OH MOMMA

I used -
Beef mince (lean steak)
Yellow onions
Red jalapeños
Red peppers
Beef gravy (dried) with a little water
Whole wheat tortillas
Crème fraiche
Curry, chili and cinnamon -powder
Olive oil


Just fry the mince with the vegetables, add your gravy and let it chill for a while.
Cram it into the tortillas and top of with your curry crème fraiche (just jam your curry, chili and a little cinnamon into the jar and stir...)

The only negative thing about this dish is that I will probably throw it all up during Taekwondo in about half an hour.
